What we did
✓Mowed front and back, edged the walkway and driveway lines, blew all clippings — beds and patio left clean.
✓Side-gate latch replaced with a stainless unit; gate now closes and locks properly.
✓Hauled the small brush pile by the fence — no extra charge, it was in the way anyway.
What we noticed
!Sprinkler head near the mailbox is cracked and misting the sidewalk — worth fixing before it browns that strip. We can handle it on a handyman visit.
!Gutter over the garage is holding leaves; fine now, but it'll overflow in the first big storm.
